Job Summary:
As a Marketing and Sales Specialist for Products and Solutions at Xalten Systems, you will play a
pivotal role in driving both marketing and sales efforts for our innovative products and
solutions. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns,
developing compelling product messaging, engaging with target audiences, and generating
qualified leads. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into
customers, providing effective solutions based on customer needs and consulting with R&D and

Responsibilities:
- Build the Brand Image:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across online platforms and social
media
- Create engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos) to enhance

- Monitor online presence and manage social media accounts to build positive brand image
- Customer Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to understand product technical aspects
- Conduct customer needs assessments and propose effective solutions
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research on industry trends and competitors
- Segment target market to tailor marketing strategies effectively
- Technology Marketing:
- Develop technology-focused marketing initiatives showcasing product advantages
- Generate leads through websites, email campaigns, webinars, and events
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Work with sales team to nurture leads and facilitate sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
- Customer Feedback:
- Document and analyze customer feedback to influence product development
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and track KPIs
- Provide regular reports and optimize strategies based on data
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to align strategies
- Create sales enablement materials and marketing collateral
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in technology marketing and lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content
creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
