Accounts and Admin Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain all registers (including attendance register, stock
register, petty cash book, asset register etc.) in the office.
- End to end co-ordination of accounting and related matters.
- Preparation of invoices.
- Handling statutory related compliance like ESI, EPF, Professional
tax & TDS.
- Responsible for preparation of cash, bank, journal, purchase, and
sales.
- Payment processing and follow-up.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Official Travel Plans and budgeting
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of finance, accounting and cost control principles.
- Experience in GST returns filing and reconciliation.
- Professional manner & strong ethical code.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Expertise in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, etc.
